Echo provides excellent internet service, and even better customer service. We rarely experienced issues with our internet, but when we did we would often get a text or email letting us know they were addressing the problem before we even had a chance to call. If you do have a need to call in, you can expect to speak to someone who is familiar with the network. We once had an issue over the weekend and we had a tech answer the phone and then come to our home to address the problem - same person. No need to walk through the problem with 5 different people before it was resolved. We’ve moved out of Echo’s service area and can’t wait until they expand so we can switch back to great internet speeds and great customer service.

I became a customer of Echo by accident, the house I purchased was a former customer and I happened to be home when they came to disconnect the service. I was impressed with the installer, there was no contract, and their price was reasonable so I decided to give them a shot. I am so happy that I did their customer service is the best I have ever experienced period. I had a few problems with the services and they took the time on the phone with me to reconfigure my router, then load new firmware on my router, and finally get me a better router. Each time I have dealt with them they have been knowledgeable and friendly. Once we figured out the issue I have had no problems with connectivity. I would highly recommend Echo to anyone.

These guys are awesome. They came through for me in a big way. Goodbye slow DSL. No other companies were willing to take the time to figure out a way to get internet to me, not even the other wireless broadband companies. They went out of their way to help us out. The speed we are paying for is actually exceeded! I couldn't be happier. You know that scene in "The Shawshank Redemption" where the guy breaks out of the prison and is standing in the rain...That's what it feels like to be free of century link DSL and on Echo Broadband!
