If there is a need for a technician to visit your home or business for a service call, there will be a one-time $45 Truck Rollout Fee. This helps us recover costs associated with dispatching our technicians; including vehicle wear, fuel, and so on.

This fee automatically covers all subsequent truck roll-outs within a 6 month period should further on-site visits be necessary. This ensures that we can continue to respond quickly to your needs and maintain our commitment to reliable service.

Many common issues are successfully resolved remotely through phone, text, and email. As usual, there is no cost to this support. The $45 Truck Rollout Fee will only be applicable for situations where on-site technician visits are required.

This fee does not apply to extra services that already have their own cost such as: new line installations for router relocation, service re-installations due to re-roofing or similar construction, and so forth. Those services will continue to have their own separate and transparent costs.
